I am quite not sure of what xtc you are referring to but I am certain that if it is a kind of drug or substance, it is purely an urban legend. Everything in the body fluids undergoes process of absorption, metabolism and elimination so I cannot think of any substance that won't be eliminated from a body for a lifetime.☺

xtc, ecstasy and E are all names for the drug MDMA which is popular in nightclubs and bars for the hallucinogenic properties of the drug. The half life of E is about 6 hours, which means that after 6 hours 50% remains and after another 6 hours 25%, so that after 48 hours less that 1% remains which would be pretty hard to detect. But the more water you drink the more diluted the percentage of the drug that is in your body.

I used to work in a Radiology department and the radiologists and radiographers always used to be able to tell if someone used xtc a lot, from CT scans of the brain. I have also looked after a user in intensive care. His brain was unable to control his body temperature anymore and he overheated and died of multiple organ failure. My sister in low also used to use it and now she has a bad memory.

It is amazing to me that people pop pills they have no idea about. I think schools should teach kids more about the internal workings of the body, and get them to appreciate how finely tuned everything is, in order to function. You don't want to mess with that, otherwise you can get into all kinds of bother.

MDMA is excreted from the body quickly; however, it has been debated to have many long acting side effects
