my best freind lost her job 8 month ago, got very depress and smoked pot every day but, now she going to get a job and stop smoking for good. it has been 9 days she drank a golden seal for about two days and took 6 cranberry pils and drank a lot of water how do you think her chance will be? she has piss test she is very worried and swear to never smok again any idea?

According to the federal government site on drug testing the THC should be out of her system. The golden seal did nothing nor did the cranberry pills...depending on the job the water levels could harm her chances. It is always a clear signal that someone is trying to mask drug use and in the case of most RN jobs(as one example) it would cause you to fail immediately. BUT if we are talking about a job at someplace like Walmart she should be fine...until recently most places did not test All applicants for THC as the test was too expensive to test everyone....Pray and promises will do little to help the testing process. She'll be fine.

Drug Testing has changed over the past few years.

The testing has become very sophisticated. The Use of recreational drugs is being Tested extensively.

Hoping and wishing will solve nothing, unfortunately.

Your friend does not want to Fail the Pee Test. The question is:
How many days has she been Free of the Drug?

I would consult with her Primary Physician and have a Pee test done at her own cost, prior to the Official test. Young adults are profiled for the use of Recreational drugs. The insurance companies maintain extensive statistics on the use of recreational drugs.... Example: More likely that at ages 16-40, the use is more prevalent. Verses, age 40-70 for the use of recreational drugs.

You should never divulge the use of recreational Drugs to a Potential employee or an agent of that employer....The Testing Lab.

Also, Drug tests are now administered randomly and after an industrial accident.


Conclusion: If you want to be employed and maintain a position, do not use Recreational drugs. I have seen many fine workers loose a good position for the use of an occasional recreational drug.

I think that that the effects stay in your body for a week but that could change if there is like a long turn use. Good luck drink plenty of water

one fourth cup of pickle juice,2 cups of water, one baby aspirin. Test on the third pee. pot can stay in your system for 30 days. depends on how much and how often.

Tell her to come clean with her employer, and agree to take followup test later to show she is clean.
