We have no bases in any of these countries, however we do have embassies in Russia and China, Venezuela I'm not sure about.

No, and none.
US has bases in Alaska, so don't need bases in Russia.
US has bases in Korea and Japan, so don't need bases in China. US can probably borrow Taiwan's bases if necessary.
Venezuela is just south of here, and US has bases in Panama, so don't need bases in Venezuela.
Look on a world map may help.

None of them - the closest that they have to Russia is in Romania and Germany. The closest to China is Japan, South Korea, and Vietnam, and Vensuela the closest that U.S. has a base is, I believe, Guantanamo Bay.

No, and we do not need any. The United States has the most powerful and versatile Navy that there is. We can send 40 acres of sovereign US territory anywhere in the world in a day's notice. Our naval Aircraft Carriers and battle groups can go anywhere in the world that they are needed.

Absolutely NOT!!!!! Good relations with China and Russia but absolutely none with Venezuela!!!!!!!!!!!!!

US tried, but never had chance to establish one. infact Russia, China and Venezuela don't trust us anyway.

US doesn't have any bases there, but the Ukraine did have colition troops in Iraq, and my daughter made several medical evacuation flights to the Ukraine,
