it sounds like you keep spreading them around your own mouth. try to keep your hand off them b/c you can spread them to other people and other parts of your body since it's the herpes virus. see a doctor for a valtrex rx. it works great to kill the virus that is causing the cold sores

HSV-1 virus is what creates cold sores (aka fever blisters). We may be exposed to HSV-1 just by sharing drinks with others, share utensils, sharing lipsticks, and by smooching a person which has them. The red bumps can be considerably painful blisters which may surface next to the lips, or perhaps even the inside of the mouth or nose, somewhere else on the face, or any place else on the body.
They may reappear simply because of amplified anxiety, the common cold, fever, cold temperature, certain foods, or possibly an excessive amount of sunlight. The area could start to itch, thereafter a blister will appear. The sore will dry and establish a yellowish crusting. They will last anywhere from seven days to 14 days. A person may attempt to cover it up cold sores with cosmetics, although that generally would make the cold sore even worse.
To exterminate cold sores, an individual might attempt using a cold sore special product, apply chapstick with sunscreen, use hydrogen peroxide, take echinacea, vitamins C and also vitamin E, and totally preventing coming in contact with the cold sore. By simply taking on some lifestyle changes, it can be possible to hinder them and also inhibit cold sores from reappearing.

Cold sores are a form of herpes. Any herpes attack will go away much faster if you eat a diet high in the amino acid lysene and low in the amino acid argenine. Argenene makes it grow.
You can also buy L-Lysene over the counter and take the pills to help speed up an attack. As severely as you seem to get it, I would say that you deffinately need to get onto the diet as soon as you feel an attack coming on.
By the way, be careful about touching your genitals while you are having a flare up unless your hands are freshly wahed because oral herpes can be transmitted to genitals.
Here is a link which has alot of info about the diet. Good luck.

My aunt gets 2-3 cold sores a year and swears by Abreva. She always keeps it in her purse so that when she feels that itch or tingle, she can use it right away. Are you using Abreva as directed?
I agree about being very careful about spreading the virus. You should wash your hands frequently and avoid touching that area unless you are treating it with medication. Yes, you can spread oral herpes to your genitals, but it is my understanding that it has to be direct contact and not just transferred from your hands.
Hope you find something that works!

Cider vinegar. Stings something fierce, but it clears up cold sores pretty quickly.
