As mentioned in another answer, this could be an internal disease or food processing problem, but I'm betting mostly it's the food itself.
Chest pain, anxeity, and several related symptoms are often related to intake of processed trans-fatty foods that clog the systems that give blood flow to those areas, causing high blood pressure and tightness/aching (the tightness and anxiety are actually quoted in the movie "Super size me"). This happens irregardless of exercise level....I got the "tightness" from that food in high-school even as a skinny as anything cross-country team runner.
Non-fruit sugar (or sugar in near fiberless/high-glycemic juice form) also can cause lightheaded-ness, which often noticably effects your back and neck (especially during exercise), so if you have a high-sugar drink and have these effects, it makes sense...the trick is to stick with anything from the back of the grocery store (which usually is unprocesed/low-glycemic) and the produce section and avoid restaurants (aside from grilled dishes & Subway). And in case you wonder, sugar substitutes (IE Splenda, Aspartame/Nutrasweet) are worse: their toxicity is what causes the body to struggle to (try and) digest and then expel most of them rather than processing them as calories/energy.
So if it turns out you eat those (anything from chips to fast food), I'm betting that's the reason...otherwise it's probably something more akin to internal disease that a doctor should solve. It's deceiving also as foods labelled "0 grams trans fat" often have 0.4-0.5grams per serving and people normally take several servings.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one. I have EXACTLY the same symptoms, I have recently been adjusted by a chiropractor, but I need another visit. When the spine moves, it seems to move all the other bones around with it, the ribs, the shoulders, the hips, and since the spine is so closely related to the nerves - IT HURTS try taking a hot shower, concentrate on relaxing your back and shoulder muscles, then stretch, reach for the sky, for your toes, do side bends, reach for one foot, then the other, relax your neck muscles and roll your head all the way around (in circles, not like an owl) one way, then the other. If you can stretch it out then it's probably an adjustment problem.

You could have Gastroesophageal reflux disease. This is where the sphincter at the top of the stomach doesn't close completely and the stomach acid comes up into the esophagus. See a Doctor.

Get to your Dr. immediately and let him determine if you need cardiac testing. This is nothing to second guess. You actually are describing some of the cardinal symptoms.
