No. I can't guess the riddle. Water, a full bladder and gravity make guys have to pee. Heat turns pancakes brown. Carbonation and fermentation give champagne it's bubble. As has already been submitted, and as I've already stated, I believe the answer is NO, This riddle can not be answered.
