a friend of mine played a little prank on me and had me eat some organic morning glory seeds with him this morning as a snack, (i did not know it had any "good" qualities), my question is: are there any other legal plants you can think of with such qualities?

i have tried salvia, mushrooms, cacti extract and even a foxglove derived tea among other things. i would really like to know what else is out there.

Morning glory seeds are often coated with toxins to prevent them from being used for the purpose mentioned above (hence his mention of organic). I hear consuming a fair amount of nutmeg causes some kind of effect, though I don't quite remember what.

Not much of a prank.

Eating morning glory seeds will make you violently ill and throw up.

In sufficient quantities they will kill you.

I suspect that you are not telling the truth of what really happened.
