Ok Sweetie, first off I am sure he knows you are alive.
Second, you don't say anything while he is actively persuing another girl and here's why I say this;
Let's say you've told him how you feel about him. Then let's say that this girl he likes is not interested in him. At that point, you become the "go-between" girl. Meaning he will go to you in between getting his feelings hurt by that girl until he finds another girl that he likes more than you.
No one likes to be used. No one likes to get hurt either.
The reason this guy has not acknowledged you is because it's not your time to be noticed by him. So until he is available to be in a relationship with you find someone else. Don't put your life on hold waiting for a guy that's not interested in you. Good luck to you.

Hi there,
People say that when you love some one you should go and tell him/her. If you do and get rejected its fine but if you dont you will never know what his/her answer was and regret it all your life.
But the truth is dear if this guy like this girl then even if you approach him now and tell him that you like him it wont work out for you. He might even use you to make the girl he like jealous and when she starts noticing him he will dump you.
So best for you is wait and watch. Just see how wheather things work out between him and this girl. If they dont than you can approach him.

It's human nature to want what we can't have. If he's preoccupied by someone else, then let him be. There's nothing you can do or should do to try and manipulate the situation. If it's meant to be, it already is. It's not always in "our" preferred time frame. You never know...maybe there's someone feeling the same way about you. Look around. : )

You should prove yourself-you're better than one he likes.Try to cross walk with him-let his eyes catch you or notice your presence.Invite him for a cup of a tea-coffee or at Lunch break.Movie or just anything.Try to find out his interest-hobby etc and try to meet his requirements.You just like him- but love him!

Sweetie let him know that you like him by giving him heavy eye contact and make flirtatious moves and if that doesn't work then there is no way you can turn him from his girl.

you might have to forget about him because if he likes someone else you can't force him to like you, the person he likes may like him back too and you can't take that away.
