EXCEPT the blasphemy of the Holy Spirit.

As it says in the Bible, the only sin that cannot be forgiven is the rejection of God's forgiveness for our sins.

No, there is nothing a person can do that God wont forgive them for--nothing.

no, God can do anything, but that does not mean if you continue to willfully sin that He will forgive you because He is God and He does not have to do anything.
