The milk gets put into a vat and is super heated to 72 degrees C for 15 seconds to kill the bacteria that comes from the cow's udder. Although there is nothing wrong with this bacteria it does have to be done to comply with the Food Safety Program of the dairy farmers. Even though it tastes a hell of a lot better without being pasturised.

It is put through a tub and heated to 116 degrees to kill all the bad stuff..
