It depends on what you're trying to say, the first one is saying that
Im one of many people in the barracks, and many of those people are tired. The second one is creating a situation in which it seems that only Im one of many people, but we are only tired in the barracks.

So based on that, and what i think you meant, I think you should pick the first one
