8-9 hours is good; try not to under or oversleep though, because either one can get rid of the glow. Also, for super glowing skin, drink 8 glasses of water a day.

glow on ur skin huh? it dpends on how much stress uare facing on the day. its because if u are not doing much work which means uar not so tired...then u wouldnt need an eight hours of sleep...few hours will u..just to let ur mind and body to rest..but if uare very stressed during the day due to hectic work then u would an complete 8 - 9 hours of sleep ( complete means complete..it doesnt count the time uare trying to get some sleep..it counts from the very second u dozed of to dreamland..)

well, it's said that most adults need at;east 8 to 9 hours of sleep per night. for children and teenagers, it's recommended to get atleast 10 or 11 hours for better growth results.

at least 8, and if you can listen to it, you're body will let you know what's right. Get in the routine of going to bed around the same time every night. Your body will come around when it's ready, typically after an 8-10 hours slumber. If you know you have to get up extra early, make the effort to go to bed earlier as well.

atleast 8 hours. plus, if it's safe, leave a window opened when you sleep. it would let air circulate in your room bringing in lots of oxygen for your cells. so you'd wake up with even skin tone and the glow!
