The belly button is the remnant of the umbilical cord. If you believe the biblical account, then neither Adam or Eve had one. If you believe in evolution, then both of them had one. I have a third alternative which fits both ideas. I believe that Someone changed the DNA of our primate ancestors to create the first true humans, both male and female. That Someone might have done several of these "creations" or only one male-female pair. After that, regular evolution took over - although there may have been more Dinvine Interventions as time went on. Think about it.

Yes, they did. God created people and people have belly buttons. Look down at your stomach. Its probably the same as Adam's or Eve's depending on your gender. On the other hand, since they were created not born there would be no need for a belly button because there was no umbilical cord.

(1) figurative meaning
Adam and Eve represent the lineage of humanity where people first became self-aware of free will, truth and falseness. By tapping into knowledge before having a spiritually mature conscience to make fully informed choices, this led to the conflicts and corruption that cause human suffering, symbolized by the fall out of the Garden of innocence into a troubled world.
There were tribes before Adam and Eve, and on the planet at that time; thus, their sons coupled with "daughters of the earth" to beget the mixed tribes we have today. Please research "Lilith" in the Jewish Caballah teachings on pre-Creation mythology, and matriarchal/goddess tribes before written history. The struggle for the human spirit to come to terms with itself collectively is culminated in the symbolic sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross as the divine break in the vicious cycle of karmic sin and suffering, so that humanity can finally reach spiritual peace and maturity.
(2) literal question
The first human beings may have had belly buttons of some sort if they were formed in the womb of God, creation, or chaos, and broke off from that to become independent beings.
But the ultimate question is when God created the heavens and the firmaments of the earth, where was God standing when he did all of that?

If you look at it from the stand point that Adam was made from the dust of the earth, no belly button. It say that God put man into a deep sleep and took a rib and made Eve. No belly botton, and the Bible never says that God ever brought man out of that deep sleep.

Most religious people would consider that a silly question.
However, it's exactly the kind of question they should be asking themselves,if they are truly searching for truth, and not simply believing something because they want it to be true.

Nope no belly buttons...there were created out of clay and from a rib, respectively.

I don't think so because the belly button is where the umbilical cord was cut and they were created, not born, so I doubt it.

Technically no, but ya know how one tests baked goods by putting a tooth pick in it? When God finished forming the dust in the ground He poked His finger in the dirt in the stomach region and said "Yep, you're done!"

God did not tells so all we know is the fact that they were not born of a woman. Genesis 1: 27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
