I recently lost my driver's license but am also working on clearing up a suspension on my driver's license. Can I still go to the DMV and get a new driver's license even though it is currently suspended?

I recently misplaced my driver's license. On a sidenote, my license was suspended recently due a mistake made by someone at traffic court. Can I still go to the DMV and get a new driver's license even though it is currently suspended?

Nope, but they will still give you an ID. Which you might want to have because if you get caught driving and you are suspended and you don't have ID then you are even more arrestable.

No- you have to clear it up unless you plan to break the law in another state. You will be caught.
