You ARE describing an allergic reaction. Sometimes we first experience allergies as itching in scalp or over the body, because the lymph nodes are the first line of defense to infection and allergens. That is why you feel itchy "in" your ears or roof of your mouth or your scalp... they are referred sensations from lymph glands in your neck. If you have ANY swelling associated with this itching, get to a doctor/hospital immediately!! Body swelling and insane itching is a first reaction in anaphylaxsis.. life threatening allergy that crashes your blood pressure, cuts off your airways and you can die from it.
Itching from hot weather or a hot room sounds more like you may have an inefficient sweat production, or blocked sweat glands that are not allowing you to regulate your temperature well.
See your doctor to rule out a dangerous allergy!

You could be suffering from heat rashes or you may be having an allergic reaction to something that is being cooked in the spicy foods you are eating (it doesn't neccesarily have to be the hot peppers it could be something else or a spice that is put in the spicy dishes to help make it spicy). Consult your doctor to truly determine what's going on.

each physique has a distinctive tolerance for fantastically spiced or "warm" ingredients. maximum peppers have some anti inflammatory brokers in them so that they are constructive. a larger undertaking right here could be the sodium content textile in thee sauces and spices. lots of the asian sauces are rather severe in sodium, which could carry approximately severe blood presure in the long term. So, if his sodium intake is rasonable and he isn't having any digestive subjects because of the nice and snug spices, there is no longer something to be anxious approximately.

Well it certainly sounds like an allergy, but what do I know.

You say it's not an allergy. Allergies can develop anytime in life. Just because you weren't allergic, doesn't mean you can't become allergic.
