If you refer to a "corrida de toros" it is when there is a "torero"(bullfighter) who has ti kill the bull.
But the party in Pamplona is "San Fermín" which is different from a corrida, here the bulls run through the streets with a lot of people chasing them.

Or to be more exact,you can say " la corida de toros en Pamplona" which is a known event in Pamplona,Spain where they let the bulls free on the streets running and people running from them,which is a bit stupid and dangerous :P
