When you're tired, but not so exhausted that you can't even function. Don't push yourself to stay up later than your body is telling you. Listen to it, it will tell you when it's tired.

They say you're supposed to have 8 hours sleep a night. I find I last without that, and usually average about 3-4 hours per night. Just go with what you feel comfortable with, and go to sleep when you feel tired. Hope this helps x

when you get tired. If not thenlook at what time you have to get up in the morning go to bed about 8 hours before that. Sleep well wake up in the morning and look beautiful and refreshed!! Try drinking a glass of water before you go to bed as well, it'll help your skin.

It depends what time your going to wake up on the following day, say if you have to wake up at 6am then you need to sleep at 10 or 11pm, but it's best to train yourself to sleep much earlier so you will be alert on the following day.

The same time everynight. If you are waking up early you shouldn't stay up late though. Y0u should probably go to bed around 10 everynight.
