I kno see a doctor. Plz give some answers that does not require seeing a doctor.

Hello. You have a subaceous cist. This is a little ball of white puss below the skin. The longer it is there (two years) the more chance you have that MORE will appear on other parts of your body. Very small ones can appear on your face.
Usually, if they are very small, (one millimeter), they can be removed with a sterile needle. If larger, a doctor can remove it in his office without a visit to the hospital. It will be painless.
Waiting longer... you will have more of them. Don't be afraid.

I doubt it is a pimple. Probably it's a cholesterol deposit. If it's not growing or doing anything weird and if it has a regular shape, I wouldn't worry too much. Try applying hot compresses to it, in case it is a sebaceous gland that is stopped up that could release its contents.

Its just a calcium deposite. You pop it the same way you would a pimple. Put alchohol on it first to make it dry than pop it. It may hurt a bit.
