ok, here are some things i love to do. yoga is not one of them lol.
-taking a candlelit milk bath is AMAZING. light about 10 candles, and clear of the surfaces of your bathroom. you can buy the milk bath at ulta.
-do an at-home facial.
-meditation
-watch a comedy movie
-bake cookies
-read
-knit
another thing i like to do is write. randomly. anything, to get your feelings out. it can be as awful as you want it, its not like your going to publish it.

Nice relaxing bath, cup of hot chocolate, sometimes a glass of wine, soothing tunes (whichever is calming to you), candles lit. Works for me almost 100% of the time.

I love to go for a long walk...listen to jazz in my little radio, or some kind of nice music...and then go home, put on jammies, turn on the heat and have a little something that tastes really good and curl up and watch the Movie channel, with all the old movies...on tmc...go for it!!

The best way i relax after work is to clean my house up!! Even just tiding makes me feel so much more relaxed.I sort myself out by doing this and for me it works.

Get out of your clothes....yes all of them and put on something very soft with no distractions, buttons, zippers and/or a waistline band. Turn your phone ringer off. You can collect messages later.
Now find yourself a comfort zone.
Relax.

A nice cup of hot tea is good. Just sit with it and don't do anything else unless you can manage a hot bath or shower also.
