Rebels and Militia?

In the Darfur conflict...who are the militia and rebels? In other words which one is for the genocide and which one is attempting to stop it.

from every thing I can find it seems that both sides are equally guilty of genocide and neither wants to give in as they both want to be in control so they can get their grubby hands on the country's wealth , even tho there can't be very much left, but to some people power is more important than the money, but I don't feel either one is interested in what is best for the country,
