he never had rashes not even when he was a baby,now he is 4 and has lots ofpimple looking like spots and a red ring around his butt, I going to make him an apointment asap in the morning . I was wondering if any of your kids have ever had arash like that. starting last week he been playing in my back yard he likes to dig in the dirt, do u think that's a sighn of worms? I'm worried for him, I put cream and powder on him. any adivice?

Try an over the counter anti-fungal, such as for Lotrimin if you think it might be something like that. Or try Benedryl for allergic reaction. Did you change soaps or laundry detergent? If he was in the dirt and picked it up from there it could be an allergy to something in the grassy area if he sat on it. Give it a couple of days with one or both of these and if it doesn't clear up, then go to the doctor.

I not 100% sure, but it sounds like ring worm to me. You need to put an anti fungal cream on it.

really red horrible rash...sounds like yeast and over the counter yeast control will work.ask your pharm,they will point you in the right direction.my son had it and it looked horrid,but nothing serious.google image it

He could have been bitten by a tick that sounds like a tick bite

my niece had the same thing the doctor gave her itch cream and it went away
