I have taken photos at rock concerts (close to the stage) and alot of my photos come out blurry. I have a Kodax 3.1 megapixel camera

Yes, vibrations will affect a camera. High decibel levels will cause vibrations which can affect picture quality. The blur wouldn't be discernable unless greatly enlarged.Chances are it was actually due to the low light and slow shutter speed though. You're using a digicam not a professional camera. You're max aperture is probably not great and the ISO was probably too low.

Your photos come out blurry becuse the shutter speed is most likely quite low......and you are hand holding your camera.
You need the camera to be absolutely still in most cases (especially using a slow shutter speed). And this might be impossible, especially if you are near a thumping speaker.
Bumping up the ISO (film speed, in old terms) is an option, but a small digicam cannot get great photos at anything higher than ISO100-200.

If you want a great camera that takes excellent photos in low light (while handheld & without flash) then you need the Fujifilm F30, which is THE only compact camera that can do this quite well (ISO 800-1600).

But....sneaking a camera into a rock concert is very risky...good if you can do it...but still risky.
