This is suicidal employment at it`s worst. Nothing worse than having to see an ex every day. Even close friendships at the workplace can backfire as well.

Good idea at first but then when it doesn't work out your stuck seeing the person every day until someone finds a new job. Don't do it! Horrible accident waiting to happen!

It is normal to have them. There isn't a general rule. If you like somebody, try it and make it work through the same means you would any other relationship. If you are just bored or horny you can still do it but you know what to expect- a bunch of bullshit eventually.

Never a good idea. Most romances don't work out. Then you still have to see this person & work with this person every day. If it ended badly, it's even worse. There is a saying. You shouldn't crap where you eat!

They never work out & someone usually either gets fired or has to leave because of the break up. Most companies discourage it completely. Your playing with fire & a lot of people are going to get burned.

Do you really want to risk loosing / or giving up, your job or even the person you like there loosing / or giving up there job due to feelings and emotions.
Never date a work mate.

NO!!!! I have seen so many of these turn really bad. You need your job to pay your bills, don't jeopardize that! Never pooh where you eat!
