Not really, love has no age. However if it involved a minor than that's a strict no no.
but...the first thing you have to notice is that both of them are going to want different things. The 29 year old is already a professional (at least he should be at this age) and if he dates he's going to want things to get serious vis a vis marriage, commitment etc. Whereas the 20 year old is still in college...technically she's still a baby and hasn't experienced many things, but if she is in the state of mind that she has experienced enough and wants something serious than all power to her, she should date the 29 year old.
oh well, good luck to them both and I hope this is helpful at all.

No. In my opinion, most 20 year olds are mature enough and life-tested enough to date people a few years older. If the age difference doesn't feel like an issue, go for it.
If she was 17, though, I'd object.

Nope. You probably have twice or three times the income of the average 20-year-old man. It works out in your favor. It's looks and income that seems to matter.

one never care about age two there is only 9 years different and three if you like the person no it sound not matter so what if what people think there is only 9 years difference!

if u both care and love each other, then why should there be a problem, i recently married my bf, and its the same age gap.
(but my mom thinks he is 25, and his mom thinks im 23)

Nope generally once the person is over the minor age , i guess age should not matter....
