I saw someone selling Feral Kittens for cash on Freecycle. Is that legal with Freecycle?

Freecycle is FREE cycle. It is not legal with freecycle to SELL anything, that goes against the whole idea of the program. You should report the people that are doing that.

NO. It is against the Freecycle mantra to SELL anything on freecycle let alone animals. Report it to the Group owner immediately, and if nothing is done by the group owner, then go to Freecycle.org and report it to the administrators.

My local freecycle is pretty much iffy about the animals, since there is a chance that someone will take them all and sell them for scientific research or use as biology class specimen.

I don't think they like when people do that. It's called FREEcycle for a reason, and if you manage to post it, I think they delete it when they notice it.

Technically, no one can SELL feral animals, as they do not have ownership over those animals.

No, the Moderators shouldn't have let it go through.
