Short of consulting with a plastic surgeon hun, you're probably always going to have the stretch marks. Although, they could lighten up over time and not be as obvious. Sorry!

There are some creams that you can buy to put on which may help. Stretch marks do fade quite a bit over time, so even if you don't do anything, they'll get lighter and more like regular skin as time goes on.

Although they will fade with time, they never actually go away. Stretch marks are actually tears in the skin due to it being stretched beyound it's elasticity bounderies.
The degree to which they will fade depends mostly on genetics, so don't waste your money on expensive creams.

If they are raised products such as silicon bandages (like Scar-aid) will help to flatten them.

stretch marks will never go away but you can use coco butter to lighten the appearance of them. if they are very bad they have laser surgery to help lighten them also, but it costs big $$$
