It depends on my mood. Sometimes, its lemon merangue pie, other times its carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and yet at other times its a hot fudge sundae!

I love cheesecake, but cannot eat it very often because of lactose intolerance. I do like making Jello pudding pies with the lactose free milk. That is right up my alley and I do not have any problems with the pies.

chocolate cake with melted icing. Put in microwave for 2 minutes and pour on to cake :) delicious then sprinkle shredded coconut or sprinkles all over it!~!
