sounds like a few things to me.
one your not washing well
or
the soap your using is not good
or you have got them from a bad toilet seat?
or your not washing your clothes well...or even?
rinsing well out all washing soap.****
or you may need to disenfect your washer
or even toilet seat.....
So try all of the above, if they are still there one wekk later!
go to the doctor.

It seems that you have a job wear you sit alot ?? If so use regular acme medication to treat , wear cotton underwear and bathe regular

try diluted tea tree oil , ive heard cider vinegar can work for acne any where on the body. i'd google it tho just to double check

shower daily scrub exfoliate if your a man go to bath &body works regardless if your a man be clean if it stil persists see a dermatoligist

you need to exfoliate! try this for a week or so and then go to a dermatologist
