Who told you that burnt food was unhealthy. My dad wouldn't eat any food unless it was burnt, he's as healthy as anyone else I know. He gets it from my great grandfather who is 93 years old and he's more healthy than I am at 28.

Raw food is more unhealthy than burnt food. You could get food poisioning from not cooking certain meat to an acceptable temp. You could also get salmonilla ( I know my spelling is off) or some other type of disease from eating uncooked meat. My grandpa says it's better to have food taht is over cooked than undercooked.
