DONT get a perm. That will fry your hair more. Warm up some olive oil and put on your hair before you sleep. Next morning wash your hair. Your hair will be nourished and soft

the mayo idea above works... and on the ends make sure to put it on. I know that a heating cap and any conditioner will help. Keep your hands out of it as much as possible... Best tip boo
