you must mean permanently change the color as i am sure you know about all the hair color things women have.
doctors don't really change the colour of a persons hair.
a doctor may use the colour and condition of a persons hair to help make a diagnosis . there is one condition black people sometimes get that makes there hair turn red. that is a nutrition problem and the doc my help with that and there by change the color of a person hair.
the condition of hair is also used mostly by internists to help them see how long a person has been ill.
i wont be surprised if the scientific community that works at the test level of substances with animals would have come across something that would change a animals hair colour permanently but i suppose it has side effects that make it usefully or the cost of it would be too much for the market.
if you want to change the colour of your hair you then go to a ladies hair dresser they do it all the time but i am sure you must know about all of that .

YOU can get "Just For Men" from almost any store and do it yourself. There are color kits that a beautician can help you with. Should you choose the later option, I recommend " Natural Instincts" by Clairol. It has no amonia.
