ok so im reallly stupidd.. i got really drunk and took a zanex and i was hookin upwith this guy and he tried to stick it it --- im not gunna lie by the time i got my hand there and pushed it away the tip already got it.... does that mean im not a virgin anymore??

A virgin is someone who has not had intercourse, coitus. Did you? Only you can truly answer that. Coitus is an act which normally can result in pregnancy. If he did enough that under normal condition you can become pregnant, then you are not a virgin. It's a very questionable definition. It's the best we have. I suggest that you be more concerned about STD's and the future. As long as he stopped when you told him, you were not raped under some laws. If you were in such a state, due to drugs and alcohol, that you were not competent to make a decision you were raped whether or not you gave consent under OK law. Check with police. You may be able to press charges. If he too was drunk, you might have charges filed against you as well though I doubt it.

yes and no. it think that it really depends on how you feel about it. technically he was partially in there so it could be that you are no longer a virgin. but he wasnt all the way in there, so there is a possiblility that your vigina has not totally opened up to call it intercourse.
if you feel that you still arent so sure of yourself. i recommend going to your doctor or planned parenthood and just tell them that you were not completely sober and you do not know if you had sex. therefore you do not know if you have been raped (even though you already know you didnt)
they can examine you and tell you if you have had intercourse or not.

Don't take drugs or drink alcohol to the point where you becoms so vulnerable. DO warn your friends about a guy who will take advantage of a drugged and/or drunk girl. Stay away from him.

Well technically yeah you're still a virgin. Loosing you're virginity means having it go all the way in. But rly I think it's all the way u look at it. My case, i looked at it as I wasn't a virgin when just a lil bit was in me but everyone looks at it differently!!

If your membraine is still intake your a virgin. It usually takes an inch or two to break it. You could break it with a finger or even a dildo.
As for the sex part I would rule no. your still a virgin if you have not had sexual intercourse.

Depends on your definition of virginity. Technically I guess you still are....but to me, if you perform in any kind of sexual activity (including oral) you are not a virgin.
