If its spotty then choose those spots to bleach it out & dye it red.If she is going to dye it black again she should dye it first then bleach out the other spots & dye it red. Good Luck!

i recommend you go to a professional when coloring your hair so that you can have your friend hair has good results trust me i know about this i tried dying my own very dark brown hair light brown and i accidentally dyed my hair blonde!
