Your dog needs to go to the vet. This is a non-veterinary website and the best advice that we can really offer is "GO TO THE VET!!!"

Take her to an emergency pet clinic. She might of gotten into some pesticide or other poisonings.
P.S. Do not give dogs Benadryl unless told to, by a vet. You could overdose and make the situation worse!!

Is any sort of poison used in the garden...snail bait, ant poison, rat poison etc. Any of these can be deadly to a dog. Get her to the vet.

If it were me and my dog I would have already gone to the ER vet. I'd be thinking she ate something poisonous. Bye bye, get going to the ER ASAP!!!! I hope and pray your dog is going to be fine.
