Hey what's up...
I know how you feel, I've been there, but in my case I was on a low budget and wanted to loose it super fast and easy, I couldn't afford any fancy programs, or the time it takes with some atkins diet, so, I found something that has worked so well for me and will work for you too.
I have made a 100% turn-around and the results have been simply amazing. Now do not worry, I won't keep this secret to myself, I'll go ahead and share it. When you think about it is is really logical and research from some of the worlds top Doctors/PHD's recommend this. CAUTION this will give great results and will take will-power and you will enjoy complete satisfaction…NOW, LET ME INTRODUCE THE TEN RULE

1.Replace all sugary sodas and fattening artificial juices with pure water and organic teas (occasional juices are o.k. but they will delay weight-loss)

2. Eat an excellent breakfast every day... Make Meals colorful with nuts and grains, fruits n' veggies,dairy,meats... etc.

3. Don't just eat HUGE meals a day but instead have 6, yes 6 little ones... you can make it fun and you won't feel so hungry. If you are full stop eating.

4. Exercise and also just like eating you can do 6 portions of exercise in between...

-push-ups
-lunges
-running or fast walking
-squats
-weights
-or any fun activity (golf,sk8boarding,swimming)
(DO WHAT YOUR DOCTOR RECOMMENDS THE ABOVE IS ONLY A SAMPLE )

5. DO NOT EAT AFTER 7:30

6.If you get sleepy or loose some energy take a quick,brisk walk outdoors

7.Do not eat and watch TV

8.Keep yourself motivated (listening to music or planning a tasty supper can help)

9.Get plenty of rest

I have lost 38 lbs in 2.5 months. I was 168 at the peak of my pregnancy lost 20 lbs a week and a half after having the baby, and now I have lost eight lbs by not eating as much, and being more active. I am not as hungry as I was and can go on 2 light meals in a day and I exercize a lot more then I did before. So what works for me is being more active and eating less. Also only drinking diet pop.

Chop off all your extremities. You should lose a good 60-90 lbs depending on your current size.

Simple enough? Takes hardly any time at all.
