Digital Camera with video capabilty of atleast for 30 mins with fine quality. ---

Which camera supports the video recording in the fine mode for atleast 30 mins so that i will not need to buy a camcorder...

Cannon ones give u 1 min or 3 mins in the fine quality and 15 mins in bad quality..

Does Sony or any other camera gives the option to record as long as i want(Provided space is available in the memoery card) with the fine quality...

My main aim is to spend on a camera where i can record movies with voice and no need of cam corder.

*Camcorders come with 3.2 mpixes digital camera these days but i want a digital pic. of ateast 5 or 6 mpx.

Canon cameras have an excellent movie mode (probably the best of any digicam), which enables you to shoot fine quality movies (640x480 at 30fps) at lengths of 1GB (which is about 8 minutes).
So, if you use a 2 GB card then you can shoot 2x8min movies. It's because Canon do not overly compress their videos, that you only get 8 mins per 1 GB. Other makers could perhaps store more video per 1GB, but that's because they are more compressed, and therefore, don't look as good.
Some of the slightly older Canon models are restricted to a 2GB card.

However, the new Canon G7, SD800 IS and SD900 feature the new Digic III processor so they have a 4GB file limit, which means you can shoot approx. 32 minutes of fine quality video on the one 4GB card.

Don't forget, that for fast camera performance (especially when shooting 'movies') you need to use a fast memory card.
I would recommend Sandisk Extreme III as the best card to get. (and it comes with a lifetime warranty)

It depends on the camera and the memory card (capacity).
I have a Fuji S7000 (now couple of years old) and Canon SD700IS both with good video recording capabilities. For both cameras max memory is 2GB and that gives you about 25mins on Fuji and 16mins on Canon (note that Canon videos are slightly better looking.

Note that I have seen other cameras (my brother has a Sony CyberShot) with longer recording capability, but the compression is terrible. This is true for most compact Sony CyberShot cameras.

Latest Casio Exilim models are supposed to have good video recording capability. Check out dpreview.

Its an difficulty-free answer. before each and every thing, issues are made comparable to crap presently and spoil too genuinely, so it forces people to shop paying for a clean product over and yet back. 2d, issues decrease back contained in the day were easily outfitted with real high quality and were designed to very last a lengthy time period.
