Your Mother wants you to be pure and a sweet girl.
Most Mothers are like that because they care .
You need to talk to her .
That is the only thing I can suggest,,..

being responsible is not having sex at all until you are married or at lease in your twenties when you are done with school.
what is so great about sex.
to fit in and then what a baby do you want to mess up your life before you start living it live some first, get a couple things under your belt like some A's and B's in your class you know .
sex will always be here when you are ready don't chase it it is not going to run out. leave it alone right now, no mother in their right mind would want to think that their baby is having sex so try and put yourself in her shoe (you could because you are thinking about sex) if that were you and your daughter ask you to put her on birth control what would your reactions be think about it please wait it will be worth it in the end

I'm sure that you're trying to do the right thing by getting on birth control. but I think it's a huge mistake. sex is something to be shared between a man and wife only. and until you have a husband you shouldn't be sharing that with anybody. please reconsider, you can only give away your virginity once. and wouldn't it be nice to save it for that special someone that you marry? I'm sure he would think so too.
I'm not trying to tell you what to do, just trying to get you to see it from a different perspective.
Take Care.

i don't know....how old are you?

if you are having sex then come clean with her. explain that she may not agree with your choice to have sex BUT you are doing it and you do not want to have a baby right now.

it will be a hard to take BUT she will want you to use protection rather than have a child.

She will never see it that way. The sensible thing you rmother wants you to do is to not have sex.
