I am especially interested in lilac point, because they are rare, and seal point traditional look.

The other responder is right. There is a lot more to breeding than getting cats to have babies. It's a career, not a hobby.

Plus, millions of cats, including purebreds, die each year in shelters because there are not enough resources in our country. Even if you find all your kittens great homes, that means that many less homes for the wonderful cats/kittens in shelters and already being bred.

Why not become a foster home for a Siamese rescue group? It would let you help out this great breed and get better acquainted with them too.

I can't get into the photos but a purebred comes with papers that detail its parentage. A Siamese cat looks like a cute little Siamese cat, there are variations however. It would be easier to tell if I could open the pics.

I'm afraid I have to disappoint you. Lilac point siamese are not rare.
There is no such thing as an 'official' breeder. You need to buy the best breeding females you can find and start showing them, then choose a grand champion or champion stud cat. Before you do any of this you need to get to know the breed, be able to recognise the points, read a pedigree and be able to give prospective buyers sound and useful advice.
Since you are still obviously such a novice yourself, you are nowhere near ready to start breeding them.
