Certain parts of the cow has different fat densities, much like the human body.
Ground beef is made up of any red meat part of the cow - no eyeballs, hooves, etc.
Here's something I found from another yahoo answerer:
Hamburger is generally called ground beef, ground chuck, ground round, or ground sirloin. Government standards require that ground chuck is made with beef from the chuck only, etc.
Regular ground beef can be no fatter than 23% fat. Generally that meat comes from trimmings remaining from cutting the normal cuts. Lean beef is added to trimmings if the 73% lean standard is not met to make it come up to the standard. Rest assured, your ground beef is made from fresh lean beef trimmings, is delicious and good for you. No eyeballs, organs, bones, or guts make it to the ground beef display.

Ground beef is a mixture of lean cuts and chunks of fat. The package should show the amount of fat ie: 73%/27% is what the chubs usually are. The beef is not mechanically defatted.

When they make ground beef they're grinding up lots of different cuts of meat. They even ground fat into the mix.
So common sense would say, that they're probably using the same cuts of meat, and just controlling the amount of ground fat that they're adding to it. The fat is where a lot of the "juiciness" comes from ground beef.
Hope this helps.

you're able to try this - yet then you somewhat can not call them turkey burgers anymore. in case you prefer a advantageous lean pork loose burger than purely use the turkey - it has somewhat some flavor and in case you upload seasonings, the turkey will somewhat take them on. I surely have used a myriad of seasonings till now - regardless of you experience like eating, attempt it. annoying to flow incorrect, except you upload too plenty or off the wall mixtures.
