Does anyone have other cheeses they love that I should try?

Sounds like you like mild flavoured creamy cheese.

I would try,

Camembert - like Brie only stronger
Feta - Greek cheese with a distinctive flavour
Emmental - Swiss smooth and nice flavour
Jarlsberg - Nutty flavour
Edam - Dutch smooth and creamy
Mascarpone - Italian cream cheese

See if you can find a smoked mozarella, you also might like a Danish Havarti it's a delicious semi-soft which sometimes comes flavored with fresh dill. Try a nice Feta crumbled into a green salad - awesome.

Being new to the world of cheeses, I am discovering the new to me and exciting flavors of the different cheeses out there. I am familiar with Brie and find it to be very delicious it has quickly become a favorite of mine.

I think you would love some of Italian fresh cheeses: Stracchino, Crescenza and Burrata...

Cheese strings are a good snack.

Blue Cheese is very strong, and most poeople don't like it.

for something with a lot of flavor, goat cheese is AMAZING. good quality blue cheese is quite good... gorgonzola is good too.

ricotta cheese is very very good too. it is very mild.
