Iraq was about supposed weapons of mass destruction not 911.

I think one reason whythe U.S.Government gets away with committing so many stupid mistakes is the ignorance of its own citizens. The U.S. will never go against Saudi Arabia because the government there, despite all what is said, is a close ally to the Administration. The very fanatic branch of Islam (Wahhabi) that is adopted by the government and practiced in Saudi Arabia and, with the help of the Saudi money, exported to other regions in the Islamic world was part of the ideology leading to the attacks against the U.S. Such a movement had very little influence inside Iraq until the U.S. invasion of that country. In a way, the U.S. has historically helped push Bin-Laden kind of Islam throughout the Arab and Islamic worlds through its short-sighted policies of siding with reactionary forces against liberal and scholar movements aimed at bringing modernity to that region. The current regimes that exist in these mickey mouse countries are all corrupt and lack any kind of popular backing.

Questions like this really show that people arent educated enough about this war.
The Iraq War isnt because of 9/11, its because of Saddam Hussein. If 9/11 would have never happened, we would still be in Iraq.

The war is about Saddam Hussein threatening to kill Bush 1 and Bush 2 used the fact that Saddam was breaking UN sanctions to level the country of Iraq, to get back at Saddam for that threat. The Oil there is just secondary.

Saudi Arabia is an American ally. They allow us to have military bases in there country. The saudis also own alot of the United States. Iraq has oil and it was a good excuse to go to war. Plus American weapons companys rely on war for profit. If there isnt a war the economy slips, Chasing Osama Bin Laden is more of a game of hide and seek therefore we needed an actual place to have a war. And Iraq was an easy choice to push on the American public.

You are the last person to find out.
Iraq was the big danger. The Saudi Government had nothing to do with 9/11.
Look it up. I'm tired.
THE UN-INFORMED KIDS BELIEVER THAT IT WAS BECAUSE IRAQ HAD OIL, AND THE SAUDIS DON'T.
Funny silly little kids don't even know where oil comes from.

Saudi's own almost a third of the US economy. We only worry about human right when it doesn't cost us to do so. Thats why Saudi, China, Thialand and many sweat shop countries are never accountable.

The terrorists were extremist Muslims. Osama is a member of the
Saudi ruling family and has been denounced by them.
Would you have us go to war with friends?
Thank you very much, while you're up!!!

We can't steal oil from Saudis!
Plus the fact that we were in a recession.
We always fix the economy by going to war, and Bush thought it was an easy target!
