Wow OK - When a woman is penetrated by a man not all bleed. If penetration was full then yes that person is no longer a virgin. Oral sex does nothing to your virginity. Sex is sex , sorry I don't know how to explain it any better. the amount of time's he penetrated doesn't matter - just tell her to be careful and if she continues to have sex then use protection. heres the situation. Can she tell a guy that she has never had sex before without him knowing? Definately yes. She didnt break her hyman, but that doesnt matter because girls can always just say they played sports because i guess alot of the time it breaks without girls even knowing when they play sports. Heres the delima though. She could have an STD right now so it would be phucked up of her to have sex with another guy and she was a virgin because she could pass it on.

Technically speaking, NO.
Being a virgin consists of NEVER having oral or vaginal stimulation.
Now, if her parents were to take her to a doctor to specifically find out, it is possible that they would say YES. (because there was no bleeding.)

It depends if you are talking about the physical or moral brand of virgin. If the hymen is still intact she is still technialy physicaly a virgin. However, many religions would contest that she is no longer a virgin.

Some girls have elastic hymens that kind of expand and not break. Not all girls bleed the first time. She could still be a virgin. I dont see why it would matter to you anyway!
