I have developed a series of small bumps on the sole of my right foot. could this be related to a problem in another part of my body. The bumps are not warts or verrucas, but are small (about 1mm) in size filled with clear liquid. Sounds gross i know, but i'm wondering if reflexology could help determine what may be causing it. one is right in the centre of my foot, the other is towards the upper right hand side of my heel, towards the bridge.

thanks

reflexogloy is about pressure points in the feet not massage, although it feels heavenly. there are certin parts of the foot that have accupressure points that when pressed they can relieve stress in other parts of the body. like migranes, back aches etc. you have to know what you're doing. in some case if not carefull it can send a woman into labor or to damage. if you go to a reflexologist, make sure they are liscenced. i can recommend bliss spa. they are awsome. call them at 212-219-8970 or check their site blissworld.com. the staff there will be glad to answer any questions about that you may have.
