I did try a Barbecue Chicken Pizza at a place called California Pizza or something like that both in Las Vegas and Chicago and that was really good.

I like chicken or veggie pizza or taco pizza. My husband won't eat anything but a pizza loaded with MEAT. Needless to say, we always order 2 pizzas. It's OK, because I love cold pizza the next day.

pre cook the pepperoni to remove the overload of grease
toast some pinenuts and put them on the pizza with chicken bits or any cheese.

I personaly go for the fine dining pizza. Spread with pesto sauce, top with goat cheese, gouda, and fresh mozzarella. For you carnivors go for some spicy italian sausage too!

I love steamed spinach and artichoke hearts. Also, some pancetta instead of pepperoni is really good.

Ham or capicollo and pineapple with thinly sliced red onion.
(with tomato sauce & mozarella cheese of course!)
