He's too young. Grapes are a choking hazard at that age. If you want to do it anyways, then please cut each grape into 4 parts (length and horizontal) so there is no chance of it getting stuck in his throat and cutting off his air supply. The best thing is to wait until he's 2, then give them to him cut in half.

As long as you get seedless grapes and make sure you mash them up a bit, he'll be fine. Once he starts eating a bit better, you can cut the grapes up into 3 pieces and give them to him. Just keep an eye on him when you start that. Hope this helps!

Grapes are not a very good idea for a kid under age 2.
The grape peeling/skin can easily get stuck in their throat because they do not have the ability to chew well.

Don't! He's too small to eat them, unless you puree them, but first you'll have to remove the seeds and skin.Grapes are one of the top foods that children under the age of 5 choke on.Your baby can wait until he's got a mouthful of teeth to have grapes, unless you want to puree them like I suggested.

Just cut them into small enough pieces and remove the seeds and you'll be fine. I remember giving my daughter carrots at about 6 months, I'd cook them within an inch of their lives, cut them into very small pieces and STILL she managed to choke on them. Make sure you know what to do if your baby chokes (I had to hold her upside down and pat her back firmly) and keep an eye on him while he's eating.

I wouldn't recommend grapes, they can choke so easily. But if you do: peel them and cut into tiny tiny tiny pieces. Just please be careful. They are the perfect size to get lodged into their throat...

DON'T! They're a choking hazard to a child that young.
