This actually is an engineering question, a biomedical engineering question, to be specific.

A few important questions:
How will the tissues around the component react to it? (biocompatibility) Will the component corrode? If so, will the corrosion products be toxic? If the component is part of the skeletal structure, will it have sufficient fatigue strength and wear resistance to last as long as it needs to?

1. This sounds more medical than engineering.
2. Use of PowerPoint as a means of presentation has nothing to do with the content of your research, regardless of the field.
3. The type of body part (ie heart, leg, joint) would probably influence the questions I would ask.
