Assuming your question is in the correct section, ie; Toddler & Preschooler,, and you have 1 or more toddlers,, (over 1 year old) you could be having a hormonal imbalance issue, etc. You should go to see your Dr. and be insistent with the Dr. make him/her do something. You recognize there is an issue, get your Dr. to listen and do something. Immediately Post birth emotions are generally acknowledged and fairly normal,, but this sounds much more serious.

I am like this sometimes, maybe you carry a lot of self sypathy from a 'childhood trauma' or similar, you could be stressed and in need of some gentle regular exercise each day, this may to relieve this. Try jogging and increasing your time around the same route over a period of time, for personal achievement.
Try a new passtime or confiding your deepest traumatic life events with someone you trust.

How old are you? If you are still going through puberty, this is normal.
Are you always crying? I mean, like, ALL the time? Like you never stop? If so, there may be something bothering you that you can't really see, if you get my drift. I'd advise going to the doctor or a psychologist.

A long hot, candle lit bath, some evening primrose oil and concentrate on all your good points. A cuppa tea always helps me too! Hope you feel better soon!

I agree with the first answer....you have emotional probelms and maybe you're just a little depressed. Do you have a newborn baby? Maybe thats why...if you do, its totally normal and why is this in the Toodler's section?
