I wake several times per night totally colgged and can only get relief by walking around and doing some bizare deep knee bends. Sometime facial massage of the sinuses helps. I do not have any other symptoms, no pain and there is almost never anything to blow out, just swelling closed. An ENT Dr just wanted me to get a CT and Allergy testing and perhaps do some horrible rod in my nose to remove over-growth? Any ideas? I am getting very tired of not sleeping. It may help to know that I am a 49 yr old woman with no history of allergies. Thanks.

you can do a small sinus drain by lying on your bed face up with your head and neck over the edge, tip your head back as far as it will go,rub your temples, then sit up quickly. oh yeah, have a tissue ready....works for me a treat.

I have constant sinus congestion. I take Benadryl around the clock. Often before I go to bed I mix a tsp and half or a little more of sea salt into a small glass of lukewarm water and put this up my nose. It does burn, it opens my sinus though and I blow my nose, breath and get a few winks. Dust seem to make mine worse, and the cats' hair. I totally sympathize with you....it is miserable.

Sounds bad when you can not get any sleep because of the sinus congestion. I have seasonal allergies and I get great relief from two products "Plus" and "Total" both are available through distributors for Liquidity International. If you are interested in learning more contact me via e-mail

You might want to make sure your house is fungus free. Symptoms often are minor but don't go away. Kind of a long-shot, but you never know. This is a major problem where I live in coastal California, but not everywhere. I hope you get it figured out--it must be very difficult sleeping so little. Good luck to you.

You should go to the doctor and tell him/her that you have suffered congestion for six months and ask if they could do anything about it.
