OUCH !!!!!!!!!! u poor thing !!! first, have a painkiller, or if u don't have some, have a drink of whisky or something like that..... u are gonna need it...... then i'd try the old fashioned method of tying a piece of string around it, and slamming the door shut...... not gonna promise u that it will work, but it's a more sensible idea than trying pliers...... if u use pliers on a rotten tooth, the most likely thing that will happen is that the tooth will shatter, leaving the roots in place, and bits of broken tooth embedded in your gums........ i used to work as a dental assistant, and i've seen patients who've tried that... and the results of them doing that....... not good........ u need to try and find a way to pull the tooth out without crushing or shattering it...... and get some cotton wool that's been soaked in alcohol ready, u will need to clean the wound afterwards...... and it will probably bleed quite a bit...... best of luck

Don't do it. Once you start, you're kind of committed and it really knacks. Not only that, its far more strenuous than is first apparent. You also risk breaking the tooth while its still in the gum. Its excruciating. If you're going to have a go, get a big bottle of whisky and some lidocaine spray like you use for tonsilitis. You'll need a new pair of pliers which you ought to boil first. Also you'll need to glue pieces of rubber or leather to the faces of the pliers to grip the tooth. You'll need a mirror, lots of towel for the blood and an assistant. You'll need a car at hand to rush you to A&E when it all goes horribly wrong. You won't be able to drive yourself as you'll be well pissed after the whiskey.

The best and fastest way is a few quick twist and a hard pull using small pliers. However if the tooth is securely rooted this is an extremely painful and agonizing process as the tooth is surrounded by ultra sensitive nerves and being able to go through with it without pain killers is doubtful, I'd just go to the Dentist.

dude unless it is a baby tooth and it is loose and coming out anyway i wouldnt try and take it out myself. You would need an anaesthetic and other stuff to pull it out. Doing it urself would be stupid and very painful, so go to the dentist - make time for it if its painful now otherwise you will have a lot more pain if u do it urself. If u do have to do it urself tho i would recommend doing what the guy did in castaway - get an ice skate and smash urself in the mouth. Or use a sledgehammer. Might knock a bit of sense into u too. lol

There is no easy way, I think you must see your denist. If you did manage to take it out yourself, you could get sepsis and other complications, then you'd have to see one to get antibiotic treatment. If you don't get a proper blood clot in the hole that's left you will get an open socket, this is not nice and can lead to a permanent hole in your gum. I suffered this (with the dentist) and it shrinks your gum. Years later I've still got a shrinken gum.
Message is: Must see dentist.
From biggest coward in the world for denists.

This is not good but my dad was in so much pain once, that he pulled his tooth out with a clean pair of pliers. He said his only regret was that he hadn't thought of it earlier.

pliers! or tie string to the offending tooth and the other end to a car (as demonstrated in jackass) when the car drives off, out comes the tooth. word of warning though, check the string is attached to the right tooth. also you might want something to numb the pain such as very strong painkillers or very strong alcohol!

heres 2 ways
1- get rope, tie it to a rock . go to the 10th floor of a building. tie the other end of rope to the tooth you want out. and then drop the rock. or
2- tie rope to a car bumper, tie the other end to the tooth. have someone drive and pull the tooth out. i seen both in the cartoons and they worked everytime

If you try and pull it out yourself you increase the risk of getting an infection, plus you may remove bone aswell which is serious. Get to a dentist and get it done properley because you wont be able to handle the pain.
