Probably not very long at all.

We don't take drunk driving very seriouslly in the US at all.

Usually even if you are convicted of killing someone while drunk driving the sentence is usually 7-10 years and you will only serve about 3 years.

Failure to pay your taxes. also called tax evaison will get you 10 years and you will serve at least 6.

Something is wrong in this country and we need to fix it.

If you kill someone while driving drunk you should spend life in prision.

From my 24 years of expereince in the substance abuse field, I deal w/ DUI offenders daily. Knowledge acquired via the court and Office of the Secretary of Stae, anyone involved in a reckless homicide from DUI or is charged with a 2nd DUI, they will recieve a felony charge. It should not matter if the person lives in Springifield, IL, a death is a death; regardless if it is not intentional. I have a client who served 6 years for one (1) person's death. The other negative is that your driving privileges get revoked. No one should drive under the influence, that is one of the most dangerous acts anyone can comit in their lifetime.

DUI law's are unneeded! If you kill somebody with your car, why does it matter if you were drinking? It should be the same penalty, for drinking, or talking on the cellphone, or being old, and having slow reflexes!
